We are based in Runda, Nairobi and serve Busia County remotely, which is how most insurance in Kenya is now arranged. Quotes, payment and document issue all happen by phone, WhatsApp and email. When there is a claim, assessors are appointed locally in Busia.

ICC A is the broadest cover (all risks). ICC B covers specific perils like fire, collision, and flooding. ICC C is the most restricted, covering only major casualties. We recommend ICC A for most shipments.
