Which hospitals are in your network?
We work with 200+ hospitals across Kenya including Aga Khan, Nairobi Hospital, MP Shah, Kenyatta National Hospital, and major facilities in all 47 counties. Ask us for the full list.
Can I cover my parents or in-laws?
Yes. Many of our plans allow you to add parents and in-laws as dependants. Premiums vary based on age and health status.
Is there a waiting period?
Most plans have a 30-day general waiting period and 9-12 months for maternity. Pre-existing conditions typically have a 12-month waiting period on selected plans.
What if I need a hospital not in your network?
You can still seek treatment and claim reimbursement. We'll guide you through the process and process payment directly to your account.
Can my employer pay for group medical?
Yes. We offer group medical schemes for businesses of all sizes. Premiums are often lower per person in group plans. Contact us for a group quote.
